Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BackFeed.AI (“the Service”) is a feedback collection and analysis platform. We provide shareable feedback links, AI-powered categorization and prioritization, and a dashboard for managing customer feedback.

2. Account & Organization

You must create an account and organization to use BackFeed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may invite team members to your organization, and you are responsible for their usage of the Service.

3. Free Trial & Billing

New organizations receive a 14-day free trial with limited usage. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits for feedback links and AI categorization requests per month. If you exceed your AI limit, feedback will still be saved but will not be automatically categorized until the next billing cycle. Upgrading your plan will increase your limits immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Submit malicious content through feedback links
• Attempt to access other users' data or organizations
• Abuse the AI categorization system with spam or automated submissions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Create feedback links using names, brands, or trademarks you do not own or are not authorized to represent
• Impersonate any person, company, or entity through your feedback links or organization profile

6. Feedback Link URLs & Trademarks

When you create a feedback link, you choose a custom URL slug (e.g., backfeed.ai/f/your-brand). You represent and warrant that you have the right to use the name or brand associated with any feedback link you create. BackFeed.AI does not verify ownership of link slugs at the time of creation.

We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or remove any feedback link slug at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a slug infringes on a third-party trademark, is used for impersonation, or is misleading. If you believe a feedback link is using your brand or trademark without authorization, contact us at contact@backfeed.ai with proof of ownership, and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

BackFeed.AI is not liable for any damages arising from the unauthorized use of a brand name or trademark by a user of the Service.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all feedback data collected through your BackFeed links. We claim no ownership over your content. You may export your data at any time via CSV. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BackFeed.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
